A plain MCP client.

The other direction from the hub: list registered MCP servers, list a server's tools, and call them, over stdio or HTTP. JSON arguments go inline, as -, or on stdin, so a shell script or another agent composes MCP calls the same way it composes any pipe. Useful for testing a server you are building and for reaching tools baton does not wrap.
